Craftsmen make the LOU COCAL biscuits and confectionery as they endeavour to revive past recipes from our area.
These traditional and original flavours from bygone days have been handed on from generation to generation and represent a unique moment of delight.
Today, our range amounts to 28 products and our strengh is our ability to be flexible, reactive and fast enough to adapt ourselves.
